For TikTok Shop Drop-Shipping Sellers:

  • We fulfill orders directly from our warehouse and ship them to your customers.
  • Delivery Time: 3–7 working days for UK orders.
  • Tracking: Provided on the same day once the order is processed.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of each order (displayed during checkout).

For 2-Step Drop Shippers (Inventory Storage and Fulfillment):

  • Once you purchase wholesale units (e.g., 50–100 units), we store them in our warehouse.
  • As you receive individual orders, we handle the packing and shipping process for you.
  • Delivery Time: 3–7 working days for UK customers (standard delivery).
  • Tracking: Sent via email when the order is shipped.
  • Shipping Costs: Based on order size and delivery location, displayed at checkout.

For Wholesale Buyers:

  • Bulk orders are shipped directly to your address.
  • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days (depending on order size and location).
  • Shipping Costs: Quoted at checkout based on bulk shipping requirements.

Processing Time:

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Tracking Information:

  • Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be sent directly to your registered email.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number via our partnered courier service.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship within the UK.
  • In the event of unexpected delays (e.g., courier issues, weather conditions, or holidays), we will notify you as soon as possible.
